Company & Diamond FAQs

What is your upgrade policy?

We proudly offer a credit of 100% of the original purchase price of your Crafted by Infinity diamond applied towards a different Crafted by Infinity diamond with a retail value of at least $1.00 more. Upgrades of diamonds with a retail value of more than $100,000 are discretionary. All upgraded diamonds must be in their original, undamaged condition and accompanied by the original, undamaged diamond report(s). Upgrades are contingent upon lab inspection and evaluation of condition.

What is your buyback policy?

All Crafted by Infinity diamonds sold on or after March 27th, 2021 come with an 80% buyback for the first year of ownership. Diamonds purchased prior to March 26th, 2021 are grandfathered with the original buyback policy on the invoice. Buyback of diamonds with a retail value of more than $100,000 are discretionary.  All diamonds eligible for buyback must be in their original, undamaged condition and accompanied by the original, undamaged diamond report(s). All buybacks are contingent upon lab inspection and evaluation of condition.

Can I have my diamond Cut to Order?

What is SITBI?

SITBI refers to our See It To Believe It program. It is a unique opportunity to make sure that the Crafted by Infinity diamond you’ve selected is the right diamond for you. You will finalize your selection with the assistance of our sales associates. Then, you will send us the purchase price of the diamond in a wire or ACH, and we will send your diamond to you so you can examine it in your personalized lighting and environment for up to five business days.  At that point, you let us know if you will be keeping or returning the diamond. If you are not keeping the diamond, we will either refund your payment or apply the funds to a different diamond. Shipping both ways for your SITBI diamond is complimentary.

Jewelry & Settings FAQs

What guarantees do you offer with purchase of jewelry or settings?

HP Diamonds wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We guarantee a refund of your purchase for any custom or made to order jewelry and settings up to a retail value of $3,000, within 21 days of receipt. Additionally, every piece of jewelry sold carries our 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This applies to jewelry that has not been worked on by a third-party jeweler and has been worn under normal wear and tear conditions. If you have a concern with your jewelry and it has either been worked on by a third party or has experienced abnormal wear and tear, we will gladly work on it for a fee to be determined.

Finally, we will polish your rings prior to your wedding or anytime during the first year of ownership free of charge. You just pay the cost of the shipping. If you prefer to have your ring covered under our insurance during the shipment, we will send you a label.

Can rings be resized if the finger size given is wrong?

It is the client’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate finger size for their order. If an incorrect finger size is given, we will attempt to re-size the ring for a $150 fee within 60 days of delivery. Due to the custom nature of our rings, certain exclusions apply. Typical resizing lead-time is 10-15 business days. If you would like to have your ring resized after 60 days, please contact us for a quote.

Do you set outside gemstones in your settings and jewelry?

No. We will only set diamonds and gemstones purchased from HP Diamonds.

Orders & Payment FAQs

What is your return policy?

All Crafted by Infinity diamond purchases are guaranteed a full refund if returned within 21 days of delivery. All custom and made to order jewelry and settings up to original retail of $3,000 USD are guaranteed to be returnable within 21 days of delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All purchases under $5,000 USD may be paid for using a credit card, ACH, or wire payment. All purchases $5,001 USD and over must be paid by ACH or wire payment.

Do you sell to international clients?

Yes. We are currently able to ship securely to many international destinations. Please contact us with your specifics at sales@hpdiamonds.com so that we may better assist you.

How are duties and taxes such as VAT and GST handled on international shipments?

While HP Diamonds provides complimentary insured shipping, all duties, taxes or other fees applicable at an individual destination are the purchaser’s responsibility. Because import rules change frequently, we recommend that you verify all taxes and duties with your local customs authorities before making a purchase.

What is your shipping timeline?

In-house loose diamonds are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving full payment. Set jewelry delivery will be estimated by your sales associate at time of purchase.

What domestic shipping provider do you use?

We ship complimentary with FedEx Priority Overnight to a local hold location. We will send you tracking information and once the package arrives you or your designated agent may pick up your package with a photo ID.

International shipping?

We ship FedEx Priority International complimentary to most overseas locations.
